HIHSA implements a unique Self Help Group (SHG) model enabling beneficiaries to start, run and grow their own income generating activities into sustainable enterprises that create jobs. HIHSA is looking for professionals to join the organisation in Gauteng, Rustenburg, Limpopo, Mpumalanga and KZN for the positions outlined below
We need a person with 2 years’ experience working with SMMEs or similar to implement approved enterprise development strategies at regional level. The successful candidate will also be expected to monitor and evaluate the implementation of enterprise development initiatives.
A diploma with a bias towards enterprise development/entrepreneurial skills is the minimum education required, and must be supported by knowledge of basic business management and business process facilitation and of enterprise development practices and best practice approaches. Knowledge of basic sector and value chain analyses is also essential. Candidates will be expected to possess their own vehicles and have a valid driver’s licence.
Note: These positions are on a 2-year fixed-term contract basis. Availability to start immediately would be ideal; however, a start date is negotiable. Salaries are negotiable.
